ELLIS COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF) – Two people were arrested after reportedly firing shots at Ennis Police officers.
Officers responded to a 911 call to a home along Avenue C in Ennis and found a vehicle they were looking for.
A police chase began after the suspects left the area at a high rate of speed.
A man and woman were arrested after they left their vehicle in a field.
No one was hurt.
