More allegations in Fair Park proposal

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – There’s been yet another twist in the ongoing battle over a proposal to turn over control of Fair Park to a non-profit foundation. An ethics complaint has been filed against a member of Fair Park’s Board alleging conflict of interest. According to the complaint attorney Robb Stewart is serving as a member of the Fair Park Board while also working for the law firm that represents the non-profit foundation that’s trying to take over the facility. That complaint may delay a scheduled August 4 vote on the Fair Park proposal. Stewart insists he’s been cleared by the city attorney to remain involved in the issue.
