Philippines (WBAP/KLIF) – A 28 year old Dallas Police officer was to be taken off life support today in a hospital in the Philippines. Hans Campbell was in the Philippines partly to celebrate his birthday, partly to prepare for his up coming wedding. He was hit by a boat while scuba diving Tuesday, and declared brain dead Wednesday. Today was the day Campbell was to be married.
