DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A federal prosecutor has filed documents accusing Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price of using county employees to help him prepare for his upcoming political corruption trial.
“The government knows that Price has had county employees gather banker boxes of material for his defense since the investigation became public knowledge on June 27, 2011,” Assistant US Attorney Walt Junker wrote in court documents.
Junker asked the judge to set deadlines for Prices’ attorneys to turn over evidence to the government, according to the Dallas Morning News.
