DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas County is reporting its first West Nile Death for the 2016 season.
The resident lived in the 75006 zip code in Carrollton and was in the 60s age range.
The person was diagnosed with the more serious West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease.
Dallas County is also reporting its 18th human case of West Nile Virus.
Health leaders continues to urge people living in the area to take steps to get rid of mosquitoes.
