DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – For the second time in a week, the police impound yard in Dallas had to close.
Storms on Saturday shorted out an electrical transformer.
Staff was unable to release vehicles, and they had no phone service to tell people they were temporarily out of business.
The lot was expected to be closed through Monday, but repair crews fixed the problem and impounded cars were released on Sunday.
