MCKINNEY (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police in McKinney arrested a man after people reported him acting suspicious in a neighborhood near Stonebridge Ranch Country Club.
Officers said they found a ski mask, BB gun and burglary tools in Henry Harrell’s car.
Neighbors said he was driving slowly through the streets and writing on a notepad.
Harrell, 52, a convicted felon, told police he was writing down addresses to mail fliers for a tree-trimming business.
Harrell was booked into the Collin County Jail on a parole violation related to aggravated robbery charges.
