Plano (WBAP/KLIF) – This weekend’s weather has been a problem for the planned events at the Plano Hot Air Balloon Festival. So far all the spectacular mass launches have been prevented by high winds, lightning, and rain. Festival organizers say they’ll have one more chance about 6:00 o’clock this (Sunday) evening. The balloon festival closes at 7:00 pm.
