DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – State Senator Royce West and Dallas Cowboys Receiver Dez Bryan have settled their lawsuit.
West sued Bryant for $200,000 in June, saying Bryant damaged a house he rented from West in DeSoto.
Bryant filed a counter-suit, claiming West was acting as his financial adviser, but was not sharing revenue from endorsement deals.
West’s lawyer put out a statement that said both sides settled the lawsuits amicably. He said they withdrew all claims and counter-claims.
