(WBAP/KLIF News) Texans will be out and about tomorrow, celebrating what is expected to be the largest National Night Out ever. The event started 32 years ago and brings people in 16,000 communities from all 50 states outside to interact with their local law enforcement officers. Police will be visiting with neighbors on how they can help prevent crime, and strengthen spirit and relationships with officers. Residents are asked to turn on outdoor lights and spend the evening outside visiting. The event is particularly significant this year, considering the July shooting that killed 5 Dallas officers. Attorney General Loretta Lynch will attend a national night out event hosted by the Dallas Police Department.
