AT&T Plans to Stay Put

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – AT&T announced Sunday its plans to keep its headquarters in downtown Dallas.

They’re also planning to build a new multi-million dollar “Urban Tech Center.”

The area near Akard and Commerce is being revamped as the AT&T Discovery District that would include restaurants, retail and outdoor event space.

The Discover District would be a huge investment in the future of downtown, and it already has the support of city leaders.
