DENTON (WBAP/KLIF News) – Three big names will be at the Denton County Republican Party meeting on Thursday.
U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, Congressman Michael Burgess and State Senator Jane Nelson will encourage people to get out the vote. “We are honored and excited to welcome Senator Cruz, Congressman Burgess, and Senator Nelson to our meeting,” said Chairwoman Lisa Hendrickson. ”We encourage people to come early for a social hour and great food so graciously provided by Congressman Burgess. The clock is ticking down to November and we are looking forward to a huge victory!”
The meeting is at 7:00 p.m. at the Elections Administration Office on Kimberly Drive. A social hour starts at 6:00 p.m.
