Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – On October 19, 2016 at approximately 12:46 p.m., the victim, Darrius Neal, a 25-year-old Black male, was shot multiple times in the 2600 block of Pine Street. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
