ALLEN (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Allen Independent School District proposed a plan to change attendance zone boundaries next fall as the district makes way for its 18th elementary school.
The plan would affect about 600 elementary school students.
The new school is meant to accommodate growth in the city’s northwest sector and ease overcrowding at other elementary schools.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the school is the product of the district’s $270 million bond.
