DENTON (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Denton Police Department is looking for suspects responsible for a drive-by shooting.
It happened on Evers Parkway in front of the elementary school just before 6:00 p.m. Tuesday. Witnesses said they heard three gunshots.
“We know that one male was shot in the lower part of his body,” Officer Orlando Hinojosa. “The suspect or suspects – we don’t know if there is one or multiple – drove away in an unknown direction.”
The victim is expected to recover.
