FRISCO (WBAP/KLIF News) – Jury deliberations will resume Thursday morning in the trial of a Frisco man accused of murdering his wife.
They’re deciding whether Robert Moses shot his wife, Anna, to death in January 2015.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the prosecutor told jurors that the evidence points to Moses, who she alleges had the motive and opportunity and benefited financially from his wife’s death.
His defense attorneys argued that investigators had tunnel vision and too much evidence has been left unexplained.
