Bullard (WBAP/KLIF) – The search for a missing ten year old east Texas girl came to a sad end Saturday when her body was found in a well north of the town of Bullard. The search for Kayla Gomez began when she didn’t rejoin her parents after a prayer service at the Bullard First Assembly Church. Her body was found in a well a relatively short distance away. Cherokee County law enforcement officials aren’t saying what lead them to that well, but there are media reports in the area that an unnamed uncle was somehow involved.
