GARLAND (WBAP/KLIF News) – Someone has put up a memorial at the George Bush Turnpike and Interstate 30 where nine people were killed in a tornado last December.
It consists of trees adorned with pictures and other items to memorialize the victims.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said it doesn’t know who put it up and some are speculating whomever is responsible wants to remain anonymous.
The trees are located on the hill between the Bush and I-30.
