Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A Texas judge has denied a request to stop members of the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System from voting on benefit reductions. Judge Ken Molberg ruled Friday the plaintiffs did not show there would be immediate harm if the election was held. The fund has lost more than $500 million in member withdrawals, and pension officials say it loses another $3 million every month the vote is delayed.
