“Blue Christmas?”

(WBAP/KLIF News)  The holidays can be hard for those suffering from a loss during the year. Professional crisis counselor Veronica Sites says to decide to improve their mental wellness by seeking support from friends or the community. A vitamin supplement may be the answer for others who may simply be suffering from “seasonal affective disorder,”  due to a lack of exposure to sunlight.
