Dallas Priest Named Bishop of Lubbock Diocese

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) – Pope Francis has named a parish priest from Dallas as the next bishop of the Lubbock Diocese. The Vatican on Tuesday announced the appointment of Monsignor Robert Coerver.
