Body Found Identified as Missing Dallas Woman

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas County Medical Examiner has identified the body found along Dowdy Ferry Road as missing woman Merisol Espinosa. Dallas police are now treating the case as a homicide.
