DALLAS (WBAP & KLIF NEWS) — Dallas Police is asking for the public’s help in finding two suspects believed to be connected to a handful of bank robberies dating back to mid-December.
Deputy Chief Thomas Castro says seven of the robberies have been in the Dallas area, one was in Arkansas, and that the suspects are consistent from bank to bank.
“All of these robberies, the suspects demand money verbally, obtain an undisclosed amount of cash, and fled on foot,” Castro said. “In most of the robberies, the suspects displayed handguns.”
Castro also says the men have fired shots inside the last two banks they have robbed, though no injuries have been reported.
Police describe one suspect as a white male in his late 20’s or early 30’s that is at least 6-feet tall, weighs approximately 210 pounds with a medium build, and has short blonde hair. Police say he has worn a sweatshirt, sunglasses and a ballcap during each robbery to hide his identity.

The second suspect is described as 6’0 tall while wearing a ball cap and black ski mask that covers the lower half of his face, while also armed with a revolver.
North Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a $15,000 award for anyone with information that leads to their arrest. The number to call is 1-877-373-8477.
