(WBAP/KLIF) – The Texas Lieutenant Governor has an idea for the president when it comes to National Security Adviser.
Dan Patrick is pushing for the president to pick Congressman Mike McCaul of Texas who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee.
“He needs, I think, to bring in some people with experience and credibility,” said Patrick. “Michael would be a great pick to kind of settle in to that position.”
Michael Flynn resigned as National Security Adviser earlier this week.
