Irving (WBAP/KLIF) – Irving Police have arrested a suspect in the late February killing of a dog that was chained to a trash dumpster, then stabbed to death. They have arrested 60 year old Joseph Schell, and charged him with cruelty to animals. They say they were lead to Schell by a surveillance video that recorded him leading the dog toward the dumpster which was just out of camera range, then coming back from there a few minutes later without the dog.
