Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – A Fort Worth man was killed by a hit and run driver Saturday night while operating his wheelchair in a Lancaster Avenue traffic lane. Kurt Wheeler was approaching Oakland Boulevard when he was hit from behind by a car that did not stop. Wheeler died at the scene. Forth Worth Police are looking for the driver of the car that hit him.
