McKINNEY (WBAP/KLIF News) – A McKinney Orthopedic Surgeon is back in jail on more sexual assault allegations.
Donald Ozumba is facing four additional charges of sexual assault as three more of his patients came forward. McKinney Police are looking for any other victims that might have been involved.
The first incident, reported August 12, 2016, alleges Ozumba inappropriately touched a patient for several minutes during a scheduled appointment.
Arrest warrants show that a similar incident happened on March 28, 2017, which lead to Ozumba’s arrest on March 31. Ozumba’s medical license has been suspended temporarily. He is currently in the Collin County Jail with a 100,000 bond.
