(WBAP/KLIF News) A flight attendant hit a woman with her baby stroller, according to another passenger. They were on board an American Airlines flight to DFW Airport when the attendant took the stroller away from the mother, reportedly hitting her in the process and narrowly missing her baby. Mark Drusch is the Vice President of IFC, an aviation consulting firm and the former senior vice president of Delta Airlines, Lufthansa, and Continental. He says airlines and airports need to step up by offering training on putting frustrated passengers at ease. Drusch says passengers with children should also allow more time at the airport and be clear on procedures before arriving.
