FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) A Fort Worth man is suing his former employer, claiming his work traumatized him and harmed his health. Jeremy Hoes says Accu Care Mortuary Service did not provide him with the protective equipment he needed to work with dead bodies. He also says he suffered from PTSD from handling the decapitated bodies of a mother and baby and that his employer did not pay for any medical expenses for treatment. Hoes claims he was terminated two days after filing workers’ compensation claims, which could be a violation of the state’s labor code. Hoes is asking for $100k-$1M.
