The Grand Prairie Police Department is asking for potential victims of a child predator to come forward.
Police say 54-year-old Weldon Josiah ‘Joe’ Blair of Plano, was arrested in may and charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor-Sexual Conduct after he tried to arrange sex with a child in Grand Prairie.
The department is asking for information on additional underage victims in hopes of speaking to them about experiences with Blair.
