(WBAP/KLIF) – Both the Denton County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Sanger Police are investigating what may be a double homicide-suicide in Denton County. At approximately 9:45p.m. on Saturday night, the Sheriff’s Deputies and Police Officers went to 2500 block of Wichita Trail. Police say that an elderly couple was found dead and a younger white man who took his own life.
In a press release the Sheriff’s Office said: “There is no other suspect involved in this investigation; This is not a random act and the citizens of Sanger, Texas and Denton County are safe.”
The identities of neither the victims nor the suspect have been released at the time.
