Omni Frisco Hotel Opens Next to Cowboys Headquarters

FRISCO (WBAP/KLIF) – The Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star opened to guests Monday.

The luxury hotel has 300 guestrooms, a rooftop pool, and a variety of dining and retail experiences. The Omni Frisco is the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys.

“This is a project we’re so happy to finally unveil to our customers as well as the people of Frisco,” said Jim Caldwell, CEO of Omni Hotels & Resorts. “So much thought and effort has gone into the design and execution of this hotel and we are thrilled to have such exceptional partners in the Dallas Cowboys. The Omni Frisco Hotel will truly be a destination for all things luxury in North Texas.”

Laura McKoy, creative director and vice president of interior design for Omni Hotels & Resorts, and her team of designers worked to capture the Dallas Cowboys legacy throughout the hotel. Frisco, a city known for its great progress, is also reflected in the guest room details. Officials say the hotel embraces a timeless interpretation of the state of Texas, city of Frisco and the Dallas Cowboys’ heritage.

The hotel will debut Neighborhood Services as the featured dining experience. In addition to the  food, Omni Frisco will offer a retail experience with the Charlotte Jones Collection. Named after Dallas Cowboys Executive Vice President & Chief Brand Officer and notable style maven, Charlotte Jones Anderson, the luxury retail outpost is expected to be an essential fashion destination for visitors of the hotel and The Star, which is the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters at Ford Center.

The hotel’s official ribbon cutting will be held in August.
