DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – This weekend, drivers can expect delays between Frisco and Plano along the Dallas North Tollway. The DNT will shutdown Friday night from Gaylord Parkway to Spring Creek Parkway in both directions.
Michael Rey said the NTTA is trying to be as inconvenient as possible.
“There’s no good time, we know that,” Rey said. “This closure will take place late Friday night until early Monday morning before rush hour starts. We’ll get the work done, get out of the way and we can all get back to work Monday.”
Rey recommended avoiding the area altogether if possible.
There will also be a closure northbound from Keller Springs to the George Bush Turnpike.
