DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) — President Trump has canceled an upcoming trip to Dallas.
He was set to visit on September 27 for a 2020 campaign fundraiser, where ticket prices ranged from $2,700 to $100,000. The reason for the canceled trip is to allow the state to focus on hurricane relief efforts.
Vice President Mike Pence has also canceled trips to San Antonio and Houston that were scheduled for early October, citing the same reasons as President Trump.
No word yet if they will be rescheduled.
