DFW Airport Adds Another Low-Cost Carrier

 

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – If you’re looking for a cheap way to get to Iceland or Europe, there will soon be a new option. WOW air, Iceland’s low cost airline has announced it will start offering service May 24, 2018 to and from DFW airport.  Non-stop service from DFW to Keflavik International Airport in Iceland will be available three days per week.  Introductory fares will be as low as $99 one-way including taxes. The airline will also offer service to Paris, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Dublin and Berlin via Iceland for $149 one-way including taxes.  Sean Donhue, CEO for DFW Airport says, “Reykjavik is a popular tourist destination, a growing market for international business and a convenient connecting point to continental Europe. We look forward to giving visitors from Iceland a warm Texas welcome when they arrive next year.”
