Mustang (WBAP/KLIF) – The tiny town of Mustang, Texas is for sale. Mustang is on the east side of I-45, about 50 miles south of Dallas. It’s not all that much of a town. It’s 76 acres; never had more than 50 residents, and only has one business: an adult novelty store. Still it’s one of only two privately owned towns in the state of Texas. Willie Nelson owns the other one. The realtor selling Mustang says the asking price is $4 million, but all offers will be considered.
