Ken Paxton Goes After Dallas Convenience Store Linked to Synthetic Drugs

(WBAP/KLIF) – The Texas Attorney General is going after a Dallas convenience store after police found dozens of packages that tested positive for synthetic drugs.

Marc Rylander with Ken Paxton’s office says Hi Flamez did not warn customers of the dangerous side effects.

“The product’s ingredients included toxic chemicals with side effects including severe paranoia, psychotic episodes, violent delusions, kidney damage, suicidal thoughts and even self mutilation,” said Rylander.

Paxton issued a permanent injunction and fined the store $40,000.
