Judge Grants Temporary Restraining Order Against Zeke Elliott’s Suspension

NEW YORK (WBAP/KLIF News) – A New York judge has granted a temporary restraining order lifting the six-game suspension against Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.

The National Football League Player’s Association requested the restraining order after an appeals court upheld the NFL’s suspension.

The league said Elliott violated the personal conduct policy after it investigated claims of domestic violence from his ex-girlfriend.

Elliott denied the charges and no criminal charges were ever brought in the case.

The ruling means that Elliott can play against San Francisco 49ers in Sunday’s game.
