Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – On October 21, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 3700 block of Bonnie View Road. The victim, Mark Deckard, a black male 50-years-old was found shot in a field behind a church. He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
