Mexia (WBAP/KLIF) – Funeral arrangements have been set for the Texas state trooper who was shot and killed during a Thanksgiving Day traffic stop. Services for trooper Damon Allen will begin at 10:00 a.m. December 1 at Mexia High School’s football stadium. Mexia is about 90 miles south of Dallas. Trooper Allen is survived by his wife, three daughters, and a son.
