DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A Dallas County Judge has determined the biological daughter of Wesley and Sini Mathews will remain with relatives in Houston and will not be returned to their custody.
The parents are not allowed to have any contact with the girl and the process is underway to terminate their parental rights.
The couple’s adopted daughter, three year old Sherin, was found dead in a culvert in October.
Both parents remain behind bars.
