More Than a Dozen Toxic Waste Sites Have Been Flooded

 (WBAP/KLIF) – The Environmental Protection Agency reports at least 13 toxic waste sites were flooded or damaged by Hurricane Harvey. 9 year old boy killed while playing with a gun

Haltom City (WBAP/KLIF) – A 9 year old Haltom City boy playing with a pistol accidentally shot himself Saturday. Investigators say he found the loaded handgun in his parents’ bedroom, and was playing with it when it went off. He was dead when paramedics and police officers reached him.  MORE

Arlington Police Investigating Found Human Remains

ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF News) – Detectives in Arlington are investigating the discovery of possible human remains. According to police, a citizen reported the discovery Saturday afternoon before 3 p.m. near the intersection of  E. Sanford Street and Truman Street. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office is trying to identify the remains and determine a cause of death. Tipsters remain anonymous…MORE
