Dallas, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – The medical examiner has confirmed that 3-year old Sherin Mathews died of “homicidal violence.”
The Richardson toddler was found dead in a culvert back in October.
After being reported missing, her adoptive father gave multiple accounts of what happened to police.
The lawyer for mother, Sini Mathews, says the report shows that she is not implicated in Sherin’s death. Both parents have been jailed on child abuse related charges.
The adoptive parents wee in court Wednesday for a hearing related to the custody of their biological daughter. That hearing was moved to late January. They could see their parental rights to their biological daughter severed.
