DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) -A Fort Worth man has been sentenced to die by lethal injection for a crime he committed ten years ago.
30-year-old Erick Davila is already on death row, but now the Texas Department of Criminal Justice has scheduled his date to die for April 25th, 2018. According to law enforcement officials, Davila opened fire on a rival gang member in 2008, while at a children’s birthday party.
5-year-old Queshawn Stevenson and her grandmother 48-year-old Annette Stevenson, were killed
Last year, Davila’s appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court was rejected.
