LANCASTER (WBAP/KLIF) – A deadly shooting outside of a Lancaster IHOP is believed to be the result of a domestic dispute.
According to the Lancaster Police Department, 22-year-old Mylik Butcher was killed in the Sunday shooting and his girlfriend, 21-year-old Destinee Franks was hurt. Taddarius Winters turned himself in to Duncanville Police and is charged with Murder.
Franks said the alleged shooter is the father of her three children and was angry about a series of text messages between her and Butcher.
Winter is also charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
