Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A Dallas man has been arrested after a horrifying video surfaced allegedly showing him violently beating a woman who was identified as his girlfriend.
The incident happened in the 2700 block of Canton Street Thursday around 1:30AM.
A witness captured the blood-curing screams and disturbing images of the woman being beaten, kicked, choked and slammed against a brick building.
Hours later, Deep Ellum police identified and arrested 36-year old Jarod Broussard. He’s known to have been involved in domestic incidents with other women in the past who opted not to press charges. He has since been fired from his job at the Uptown Theory Club.
In a social media post, the woman in the most recent attack said the incident is a personal matter and that she didn’t want the police involved, but a Paige Flink with The Family Place the video alone was enough for an arrest.
