Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Four people are in the hospital, including two Dallas police officers, after an early morning wreck on Stemmons Frwy involving a suspected drunk driver.
The crash happened around 2:00, when the driver was being pulled over for speeding.
That driver crashed into a parked Dallas police car monitoring a construction zone at Stemmons southbound near Empire Central; he or she then hit a construction vehicle.
Another Dallas police car then pulled out to help, but wrecked into a third police car.
All four are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
