City of Arlington to Start Ground Spraying after Confirming Positive West Nile Mosquito Samples

ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF) – The city of arlington will start ground spraying Wednesday tonight after confirming five positive west nile virus mosquito samples.

The targeted ground spraying will be on streets near lake arlington, and some off Interstate 30 and E Randol Mill Road.

 This will go on Wednesday and Thursday from 9pm to 5 am.

Tarrant County public health officials say no specific risks to animals or the environment are expected, and no special precautions are required.
