Sheriff’s deputy arrested for child rape

Cleburne (WBAP/KLIF) – A former Johnson County Sheriff’s deputy has been arrested for the rape of a 13 year old girl, 23 year old Toby Allison was arrested Friday, and immediately fired. He was booked into the Johnson County Jail, but has since been released after posting a $100,000 bond.
