Two Texas Colleges Make Forbes’ List

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) — Two Texas Colleges made Forbes’ list of the Top 25 Public Colleges.

University of Texas at Austin was ranked 16th, and Texas A&M in College Station was ranked 25.

Forbes looked at several factors, like Alumni annual salaries, the average debt after graduation, and even the “college experience.”

Here are the top 25 Public Universities, According to Forbes:

  4.             United States Naval Academy

  6.             United States Air Force Academy

  10.            United States Coast Guard Academy
  11.            University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign
  12.            University of Maryland – College Park
  13.            University of Florida
  14.            United States Merchant Marine Academy
  15.            University of Washington – Seattle
  16.            University of Texas – Austin
  17.            University of Wisconsin – Madison
  18.            University of California – San Diego
  19.            University of California – Santa Barbara
